I don't need to learn to smile. I will smile and will laugh only if and when there is a reason. Excuse me, but one thing that you will never find in Eastern Europe is the fake, hypocritical smile. I am suspicious of people that smile too much. I feel like they are not truly honest. When a person is too polite, very often there is something wrong. Be cautious of people that smile all the time and are always too polite.
Also, If I go to USA or England or France nobody will bother himself to try to speak with me in my language. Right?
When you come to my country, you want people to speak with you in English. But this is not mutual. When I come to your country, you will not try to speak with me in Russian, Serbian or etc. You will expect that if I am there and I want something, then it is me that should be able to communicate his ideas. It is not up to ability, but about respect. At least many people perceive it this way.

I hate nobody. If a person is respectful, the nationality doesn't matter. Also, in the past I regularly helped lost tourists.

If I wanted to brag about something, you would know. This was not bragging, just example to clarify that I am not xenophobic person. I do hope that if we are on the opposite sides, they would have done the same for me. But considering the world, I am not an optimist.
