Approximately 1500 years after the God Emperor's birth, over a dozen planets in the Milky Way galaxy, including Earth and Mars, experienced a total blackout, which lasted for eleven days.
The God Emperor quickly discovered that card farmers were responsible. The manufacturing of new card farmers was made illegal in all three galaxies of the known universe - leading to the bankruptcy of the Max Barry Corporation - and bounties were placed on the lives of every existing card farmer across the Empire.
The God Emperor created special police squads for the purpose of tracking down card farmers. If and when they were found, there was only one order: Shoot to kill. The Lord believed that only one woman was capable of leading these squads: Nebula - Queen of Earth, the Fairy of War and Peace.
Many years later, countless card farmers are still alive, and hidden so well across the Empire, that they are almost impossible to find. But the God Emperor accepts this, for His blessed squads have managed to eliminate most of them. Nebula and her women are still active, but with much shorter workdays and less duties.
Despite the clear use of lethal force, what these police squads do is not called execution. It is called retirement. And those who "retire" card farmers still go by the name...
