On an unrelated note, both WA resolutions at vote are awful.

I am of the same agreement.

I don't hold much hope for any Proposal being any better in the future.

Anyone worried about the growing issues with China?

The UK has just announced it is removing Huawei Tech from the Mobile/Internet Infrastructure by 2021, Canada has halted its Extradition Treaty and Deals with Hong Kong for Military hardware.

Australia is beefing up its Armed Forces and so is New Zealand.

And then there is the high tension state between China and India.

I see a war happening in the near future.

Not to mention that they could’ve handled COVID-19 better.

Also happy "first anniversary" I guess

Thanks for the wishes to the first anniversary. Great time, great time
I just code random stuff that comes to my mind. The other day I coded a turn-based "game" (game loosely, since it's just seeing which one of 2 units will die fastest), and also a higher lower game where you have to guess the number between 0 to 100.

WWIII is around the corner
Calm down, remember in January when we were all so scared of a conflict between the USA and Iran? And where did that lead us? To nothing, calm down. Also, for Australia a conflict with China is terrible as they have a great number of exports to China.

I'm concerned about China, and lets just politely say that I'm very opposed to its government, but I don't see a direct war happening anytime soon. It would be suicide by all involved. What we need to do is to keep up the pressure, with sanctions, countering propaganda, denouncing its abuses, etc.

I also have an identical higher lower game coded! It was a final programming exam from a previous year, and I used it to practice mine. I'm actually surprised it's fully functional.

I am happy to declare Elwana is no longer a high tax rate crap hole! Jesus, that issue the one that goes like "The Hollowed Halls of..." really makes a difference, went down from 70% to 18%.

well you mostly build your nation via issues, with issues you can decide how you want to form your nation. they don't come to often once you answered some tho
you can also build your nation via factbooks, this is handy in RP

so do factbooks have a direct impact on gameplay or is it just for RP purposes

Eclopia wrote:so do factbooks have a direct impact on gameplay or is it just for RP purposes

just RP purposes, if you are intrested in RP you can join us in A Taco Archipelago

Eclopia wrote:so do factbooks have a direct impact on gameplay or is it just for RP purposes

RP I assume

Porymonia wrote:just RP purposes, if you are intrested in RP you can join us in A Taco Archipelago

I would do RP, however I can hardly understand politics in my own country (USA) so I'm just gonna do gameplay

Eclopia wrote:I would do RP, however I can hardly understand politics in my own country (USA) so I'm just gonna do gameplay

Well, you see, RP isn't only about politics =)

Don't worry about that, you only have to worry about Trump and most certainly like Trump but not Trump, I live in the UK, so have to deal with multiple idiots in charge of several Political Parties that barely carry out their promises
