The current number of issues is over 1300. There are now trading cards. A beta fix modified Lifespan slightly, resulting in overall higher lifespans everywhere. Another removed the 100 Economy stat cap. 10000 Islands now has its own roleplay region for spammy-style RP: A Taco Archipelago. Forums underwent some rules changes, notably with regards to megathreads and to Covid-19.

This is from the top of my head.

The government has for now imposed some restrictive "recommendations" for 15 days, after that they'll probably apply an outright lockdown of both areas. A similar situation has happened in other areas of Spain where the lockdown has been reapplied, including areas of Galicia and the Basque Country.

Riance always yells at people to endorse Kuriko, and while I'm not AGAINST Kuriko, it makes me think of a Newspeak word, goodthinkful. This word means someone who is naturally orthodox (in this context, loyal to Kuriko's rule). Kuriko is nowhere near being dethroned, but looking at her trends it is clear that she is declining. The closest person to dethroning Kuriko is Wysrod, and even then they're over 300 endorsements away from doing so. So I just want to send a message.

If you don't like your delegate, then it is completely fine to withdraw your endorsement or not endorse them. Regions that force you to endorse their delegate are undemocratic and ruin the entire point of delegates. To those who are new or feel forced to endorse Kuriko, you don't have to. And to those like Riance who make people feel this way and jam people's throats with "Endorse Kuriko!", please stop.

Again, I am in no way against Kuriko, although I don't agree with some decisions that she has made on resolutions. I also am not completely sure that is was Riance, but I'm pretty confident in it being her.

1. This is not like real-life politics, regional security, the very existance of 10000 Islands, is at stake here. Endorsing Kuriko is very important and it is highly encouraged for everybody in the World Assembly to do so.
2. I won't stop from doing my job because you don't understand how regional politics work.
3. Decisions by Kuriko on WA resolution are tied to a forum vote where every 10000 Islands citizen can vote. That's democracy for you.
4. It is illegal to have more than 50% the Delegate's endorsements unless you are a member of TITO.
5. Don't post content against the Delegate and the region that showcases utter ignorance about how the region and the game works.

Let me tell you my response to all of these points.
1. I understand this, but this doesn't immediately disqualify opposition. Anyone else who was the delegate and had the same amount of endorsements would function the same. If, for example, Wysrod's endorsements swapped with Kuriko's (don't ask why), then the only thing that would change was who was the delegate.
2. I already explained that I understand it in #1., and what if you were against Kuriko? Would you still do "your job"?
3. Ok, I was wrong there.
4. This literally has no connection to what I was saying.
5. I repeatedly said that I wasn't against the delegate and, again, I already explained that I understood how the delegate system worked in #1.

I was simply trying to promote democracy, and you telling me how I'm so wrong when 4 of your 5 points don't even work is quite amusing. And if you respond to this by telling me I don't know more than you, I don't think I know more than you. My nation is much younger than yours, and for me to think I was better than you would be ignorant.

I'm being this harsh on you precisely because of the potential disastrous effects your uninformed claims can have.
1. Delegates are elected by 10000 Islands and have a fixed term. Nothing wrong with that, it's better than most regions. Realize that the mechanics of this game are heavily stilted towards running regions in an authoritarian manner (the way Max Barry imagined it would be), even this small democracy is a great achievement by the players and the region. Your scenario makes no sense - either you are elected, or you take the WA delegacy irregularly and are immediately banjected.
2. Precisely because of #1, region ideology matters more than who is actually the Delegate. If I didn't like it, I wouldn't even be here, let alone take a position as Official Endorser. As for who should be the Delegate, elections and only elections got you covered.
4. Yes, it does, because it explains how Kuriko has 300+ more endorsements than anybody else - it simply can't be any other way.
5. No, you don't, as #3 proves as well as your lack of understanding of why Kuriko is the Delegate, what is her role and how she takes her decisions, why I am an Official Endorser and what I do, and how regions in this game including 10000 Islands are actually run in practice.
And also, 6. Kuriko's decline simply parallels general population decline in 10000 Islands as well as the entire game after the Drewpocalypse.

Finally, I strongly suggest you stop posting here and at the very least take it to TG before you cause damage to the region or problems for yourself.

Should I have 3 elections every 4 months(in a year) or 4 elections every 3 months(in a year)?

Whichever's best for you mate. Though I'd say 3 elections every 4 months just so that you don't have to work as hard (look at me being lazy lol :P)

Balderdash! Endorsements are entirely voluntary. We encourage members to endorse our Delegate, whoever it may be, because it strengthens the region in international affairs. Kuriko's vote on resolutions is determined by a tally of Regional WA members; her vote represents the wishes of her constituents. Understand that she has the unstinting support of her region, enough so that she was elected in consecutive terms.

Hey everyone. So I've posted a confirmation request at the forum three days ago, and I'm yet to receive a response. I asked how long do you, usually, wait and I've been said that it shouldn't be long. Should I wait more, or maybe I've been accidentally skipped or something?
