Yes, he will support you as long as you support him. Ayushman needs at least one major power as ally. So, he will support you even if you are capitalist. But, he will be a bit annoyed obviously. And I don't know, he may backstab too. I have not created any fixed future for him in order to make the RP interesting. Actually even I myself somehow don't know what Ayushman will do next. But, he will obviously be happier with you if you initiate some socialistic reforms.
