Merryweather and Avon Manufacturing are now making a new rifle which will be much more powerful then the rifle being used currently and much more effective and a much shorter reloading time. It would be a top secret project which the weapon cannot be bought by the public.

John Merryweather: Alright, today the Ivorican military is starting to fall behind, the rifles from 1798 is starting to fall apart and get old. Other militaries are on the same level as that rifle if not, even more powerful and better. Today we will create a new weapon of war. A rifle that doesn't require the old reloading of putting gunpowder inside it. One where there are more than one bullets. Where it can be used in short or close combat. A sidearm which is much more effective and designed for close quarter shootings. I present to you all 5 of the new weapon types that I have designed personally and in guarded secret. No other nations may know of this weapon at all.

First off the U5- M1 Marksmen Sniper Rifle. This is the world's first bolt action rifle. It will hold a maximum of only 4 clips or bullets. The original rifle will have an iron sight on the top right here. It's a type of aiming mechanism as it will help you measure the distance you are shooting and it is made of iron which is why I call it an iron sight. Once the rifle is made it will have this glass or a scope. It will zoom into an area for a better view such as used on binoculars. When the rifle fires and to fire again you must pull the pin right here back and forth. This will let the cartage or the empty clip out of the rifle. To reload the stock will detach on the top and you put the bullets in the middle and the soldiers must push it in for it to actually get it in there. I call it a sniper as it is a shorter term for a sharpshooter.
Mack McFaffey: Excellent, what if the rifle jams though?
John Merryweather: If you pull the pin back then pull it to the right it will expose the clips. If a clip is jammed the soldier can pull it out or force it out with his knife or small sharp object.
Lewis Lawson: What bullets will it use?
John Merryweather: I designed it to use the sharpest and largest bullets. For maximum piercing ability.
Next up the infantry's MK-01 Revolver Rifle. This rifle is very similar to the rifle sniper rifle I was talking about but this time designed for field and infantry to infantry combat. It has the first rotating cylinders to switch out the bullets. Maximum clips in one mag would be 8. To reload the rifle, the soldier must yank the rifle facing down to throw the empty cartridges out or push them out by hand which is fairly easy by this demonstration I will do soon. To reload the soldier will put the clips into the hole and put the cylinder into the rifle. It is connected so the cylinder rolling out should not be troublesome for our soldiers. A possible more effective way to reload to have this gadget, very similar to the revolver part but instead you match the holes and it pushes the empty cartridges and puts in the bullets for you! Also, it is very small so soldiers can carry it in packs. As demonstrated here are the empty cartridges, two ways to push them out. Either by shaking like this. See all those cartridges on the ground after one shake? Or just pushing them out like this. From the top and pushing the cartridges one by one or trying to do all at the same time. This gadget I created pushing the cartridges out and puts the full cartridges in. Effective isn't it?

Next, a SMK-01 revolver sub nosed rifle. The rifle is short and small and uses the same mechanism as above except this time with 10 bullets and designed best for close to mid-range combat. While the rifle previously best for mid to long-range and maybe few short-range firefights. When the rifle fires a small switch must be pressed down near the trigger which is designed to be flicked down very quickly and easily. As demonstrated by me with this model I made. See? How quick that was?

John Merryweather: Possibly it can, the soldier will hear a click if the rifle is properly readjusted. If the click and he pushes the trigger at the same time it will fire two shots jamming the rifle whole and replacing the cylinder. Best case scenario you can take it out and push out the jammed bullets.
Next, I present you the SG-M01 Burst Rifle or a shotgun! It's more experimental and won't be used in the military but imagine a short rifle that can fire dozens of bullets in one shot? This is it. Here is the clip and it is massive, inside there are tiny projectiles that will split open. Demonstrated here with my Grand father's old prototype, look at how many holes are in that wall but look at the gun. Broken. Split in half, we are trying to create one where it won't break. And one that doesn't require intense gunpowder like this one. To reload after it is fire you must unlock the chamber. By pulling this lever back and then pushing it forward. Next you pull this small pin-up and then the cover which should pop up and here it is the giant cartridge. Here, in a fast situation, this would take about 5 to 10 seconds.
Next, I present to you just pistol. A First Revolver Pistol I call the Python. 6 bullets only but super effective at close range and a quick-firing rate. It will replace all military old flintlocks. I'm designing a midfield version of it too as well. This will take time. To design the weapon, improve it will just take a month to 3 months. Making prototypes and testing it maybe take a month. Getting government approval will take a while but I know we can do it. Let's get to work.

Recently, Parliament elections were held on November 1819. The election held the new system of Single Transferable vote, and the nation was divided into 50 regions, with each region electing 3 delegates. The results were recently announced and here they are.
