Alejandro Romanov had just returned from a meeting with the Upper House of the Council of Citizens. Those old fools, who usually played their stupid games and tried to piss off the young leader as much as possible, were oddly amenable to Alejandro today. Maybe it was because of Alejandro's recent outburst to his grandfather about their antics. Whatever the case, the meeting had ruffled Alejandro's feathers.

Walking through the bustling city, he soon reached the central ring of government buildings guarding the Great Fire, the center of the island. He wearily strode over to the diplated and small wooden building wedged between two much larger ones. Formerly his grandfather's office, now his, the small building had served as the Chieftan's office for a vast number of years.

Alejandro quickly opened the door, stepped through, and closed it without looking back. He made a few quick steps and, deftly manuvering his body, sat his butt into the rolling chair. His arms crashed onto the large wooden desk, and for a moment all was quiet and blissful. After a moment, Alejandro sighed and straightened his posture, pressing his computer's power button and waiting for it to boot up.

After a quick second, he quickly typed in his credentials and instantly became alert. It seemed he had gotten an e-mail from... a person named Damir Stasov?

A quick Boogle search revealed that Damir was the leader of Sminishia, a regional power in Western Yaestrovakia. Alejandro always knew about the nation's existence, but not really much else. Intrigued by this random message, Alejandro quickly gave it a read then sent an e-mail back in reply.

This foreign visit was sure going to be fun.
