As detailed by the Emperor Emeritus, they have repeatedly engaged in disruptive behaviour - not the expression of opinion, but spamming the City Gates channel on our regional server (which is a welcome area for the masking of new nations and is not intended for general discussion).
Moreover, sending recruitment telegrams to the residents of User-Created Regions (regions with a founder nation) is a serious breach of both LKE regional law and the inter-regional Arnhelm Declaration of Recruitment Standards.
The LKE has a long tradition of fostering civil and respectful disagreement on our off-site forums and Discord server. We have not reached our size and power without such a tradition of tolerance. However, we do not permit deliberately disruptive and insulting behaviour.

The founder of this region, Cyng, while on our discord server, adopted a pattern of disrupting behaviour, which included spamming the City Gates channel, a channel intended solely as a welcome area for new members, after being politely informed of that fact by a server moderator, and subsequently expressing extreme views that have no place in the LKE.
If they believe that they have somehow been wronged, censured or silenced, then that is a subject of their own willful imagination. As Onderkelkia said, the LKE has a long tradition of hosting moderate and respectful debate, and there in no intention for that to change. But, as in every civilised society, there are rules that are there to protect the community. Anyone who fails to abide by those rules will be punished.

If checking up on your nation every day is the issue, you could always set it to vacation mode. Off the top of my head, I believe that gives you something like 2 months of inactivity.
