Oh my, I did not expect to see the garden in such good condition after my rest there. Thank you very much 
Princess Magogo and Volcanoclan. I do not know how to repay such kindness. I am not sure if our garden will ever reach the activity it was once capable of, especially with that competitor The Bar on the corner of every region.
Still, it is nice to be back, and even nicer to see the place well kept.

Good to have you back. Things would have been easier if the abilities of your two RO's would have been expanded.
I have decided to fully empower you both as Regional Officers. It looks like when Genose empowered you both she kept a few things to herself. Since you both have stuck around I want you to be as equal to me as possible in the region.
To be honest I am not sure what I want to do with the region at this point. Would be great to see it have some activity again. When I originally created the region I mostly got it going by contacting regions directly. If I recall I PMed the founder or delegate of each region starting from the largest and working my way down, skipping ones tagged as isolationist. I also had a post on the forums I believe.
If we want to try and revive this region as a place for people from different regions to chat I could try and contact the regions we still have embassies with, see if they would be willing to allow me to advertise on the RMB that we are back. After that perhaps going back to cold contacting regions, and maybe a new post on the forums.
Any other ideas for how we should go about restarting, or perhaps other ideas for the region?

As I am sure you have all guessed by the theme of the region, I am a bit of an avid gardener (and in fact am currently studying horticulture, hoping to make a career out of gardening). Have started my tomatos recently, and I must say they are looking good. Have been having an odd winter however. Keeps switching between really cold and really warm. A few things have been trying to come up early like my garlic and a few bulbs!

I'm The immortal elysium, Foreign Affairs Minister of The Mystical Council
I decided to make some contests, inter regional, of course, to maybe strengthen our relations or something.
Anywho, here's the dispatch.
As the new Foreign Affairs Minister of The Mystical Council, and to get in the Halloween Spirit, we shall be hosting a couple of contests for anybody to enjoy.
The first of which is a short story contest.
We shall take submissions for a short stories that fit the following requirements, from anybody who wishes to make such a submission.
- Based around Halloween, be it horror, comedy, and anything in between.
- Less than 5k words.
Submissions are limited to one per person, so don't submit it until you are sure that it is ready for submitting. No edits can be made after submitting.
We shall also host a Halloween based flag contest for any graphic designers who wish to make such things.
For the flag contest, you may enter as many entries as you wish, as long as it fits the theme for Halloween.
All entries, for both contests, need to be submitted by Halloween day.
You can telegram me entries for submission as well. I'll compile them all together.
Let me know if you wish to remain anonymous, too.
