Perhaps if we established a government immediately we would be able to get more conversation going - as well as be able to delegate responsibiltiy for different things to different people, like recruitment, interregional outreach, etc.
Bothnia, would you strike Clause I of Article III in the Articles of Foundation if a majority of regional residents wanted to make such an amendment?
Its a shame to see such a great region with such great potential go down the drain. What happened to Bothnia
