I have moved forward on the alliance requests.

For the ruling on the point brought forth from the representative from the frontier. I believe that since a large majority in our region are not formerly recognized, I rule that we will adhere to a vote of at least 3 members of Congress for approval to the change.

Amendments are that important to having us move forward under this Constitution. I will post the poll for over the weekend on the proposal from the representative of New England.

I believe we should change Article V section II.

I wish to make a motion that we change Article V section II to read.

To amend the Constitution, a proposal must be made by a member of Congress. It is approved when 2/3rds of the Congressional members vote in favor of it.

This needs to be put in place if puppets remain in this region. They are inactive for the most part and should not have a say in regional affairs since they have no loyalty to the region.

I ask that it would be tabled for 3 days.
I yield my time.

With the majority, the motion is approved and will be noted into the Constitution.

Mr. President, may we have a roll call vote? That is not a majority.

Mr. President
Has the honorable Delegate from the Republic of Kluz read into our Constitution? Have they read Article IV section V?

Would the delegate from Kluz wish to be formally recognized?
Mr. President, we should be open for expansion. If and when we hear from the delegate, we should move forth on recognizing him in our regional government at once!

All you have to say honorable delegate from Kluzis that you wish to be recognized and I will put forth a motion immediately!

Does the delegate from Kluz wish to be recognized?

Again it is apparent that the ACA is under duress at the hands of The Black Hawks. Mr. President are we to remain silent over this matter? Are we to take action? I ask the Congess to take a stand on this matter in the coming week.

It is dangerous for our region to have comments and criticism from puppets about our affairs.

Mr. President

I urge us, United We Stand declare Oaks 180 banned permanently from entering into our region for being involved in acts of invasion in NS.

All that we will have to do to support this proposal would be for all recognized NS of this region to like my post. A simple majority should call our President to act on this immediately.

I yield the rest of my time.

It is a fool's errand that you are after Sir. No interest whatsoever to run a muck out of the region. ACA needs to remain active that is all.
I do not give your proposal a vote of support.

Howdy friends, the ACA has been inactive and stagnant for years now - but with a little support from our allies, I can guarantee we'll be back on the right track. If there are people in this region who are experienced in region-building, I'd greatly appreciate it if you sent a puppet over to the ACA so we can use you as an advisor of some sort. When we get all the details ironed out I'll begin putting the advisors into officer positions and we can build the region to attract new people.

I'd appreciate any help you can send.

Greetings Mr. President and Members of the U.W.S.

I am the delegate from the Republic of Amcadia. We are a young, ambitious nation that just moved to the U.W.S. region. As the representative of Amcadia, I wish to be recognized

We welcome you to our region. The delegate wishes to be recognized into the regional government.

According to our Constitution, a recognized member must make the motion for a new member to be recognized.

Before that takes place, I would also bring to the attention of the delegate Article IV Section IV of our Constitution. Which reads,
"Joining the WA independent from the proclamation of The Congress is forbidden."
Before any motion is brought forward, we will need to hear from you Mr. Madison your intentions with the WA. What say you Mr. Madison?

Great to hear from your region.

Members of The Congress, do we have any recognized members interested in this assignment?

Would The Congress be open for anyone currently living in our region who wishes to take on the task as an ambassador for us?

Thank you Mr. President

Our goal at the WA is to take on a very passive role and only vote on matters that affect our highly-valued civil liberties. We will be extremely cautious in most matters and only vote on resolutions that affect our freedom as a nation and region. Nothing less, nothing more.

I would be happy to answer any other questions you might have regarding our membership of the WA.

Mr. President

I make a motion to amend the Constitution by removing the clause in Article IV section IV that has been previously stated.

Mr. Madison has put forth an answer that I feel is acceptable for all of our NS. Their membership in the WA only pertains to them specifically and not our region. It should be left up to the discretion of the NS to join or not. It has no bearing in regional matters.

We must vote on this before we move forward on recognizing Amcadia.

I yield my time.

A motion has been put forth a second has been given. We are open for discussion. I will put it forth for a vote at Noon tomorrow EST.

To the delegate from Amcadia

"We will be extremely cautious in most matters and only vote on resolutions that affect our freedom as a nation and region."

Our region? What can the WA do to us? They have no jurisdiction over us?

Why do you wish to be recognized? You can be here if you like with your WA status and partake in that as much as you please with no worries. All this in a free region that we are. Why do you wish to be in our regional government?

While the WA does not have direct jurisdiction over our region, its decisions can impact world order. Therefore, I see it beneficial to both the nation of Amcadia as well as the UWS region to be a voting member of the WA.

Concerning our wish to take an active role in the regional government, we notice that our request to be recognized has already sparked a debate about amending the Constitution. Given the fact that this region claims to be built on the fundamental idea of liberty for all, we deem that
it is only right that a smaller, younger nation as Amcadia seeks to partake in future debates and votes about constitutional issues as they arise.

New england uws

We do not need the WA nor agents of that organization involved with our regional affairs.

NS are allowed to be in our region and exercise their freedom to be involved with the WA as they choose. This does not give them the authority automatically to be involved with regional government. We should avoid mixing the WA with our regional government.

Mr. President and honorable representatives

To make it easier for both parties involved, our government has formally resigned from the WA.

Mr. Madison
The Amcadian Secretary of State

Mr. President!

Point of order! I object to the voting record taken on this matter, we have an illegal vote by a member who has not been formally recognized!

The vote should be deemed null and void at once and procedures should start over if so moved.

I yield my time.
