From what I understand it is when a group of nations who are all in the WA go into a region and then endorse a person that is in the group to make them the WA delegate of that region which gives them control of it basically, so it is recommend to go ahead and join the WA so that we can do these things, I haven't been here for awhile but I think that's the basic idea
The challenge mode that is active is interesting. if you go into someone else's overview and click the symbol that isn't on your overview(looks like a target) you can challenge them. then after the challenge scroll down to challenge home, have fun! i'm currently level 22 and have challenged most of you(that's how i got my win rates and level up)
how do u give endorsements
for starters join the WA, then go to the overview of other WA members in the region scroll down and in the bottom left corner there is a button that lets you endorse them.
