Raiding requires a lot of coordination between regions. Regions with active founders are effectively immune to it. Keep an eye on communist regions that are tagged founderless. Empty regions are deleted at around midnight EST. Create a puppet, redound it, and it's yours.

Sounds good. I myself am a puppet to the founder, so I guess I will.
