By Jove Itallitopia he mobilized against us! Your blockade as what was keeping them from attacking me, Soviet and others! Uuuh fine

Arthur headed to the balcony of his office. Udo had already installed a microphone for the speech, announced one day earlier. “Citizens of Greater Saint-Paul. As you all are informed, the new fascist regime of Yugobatania has declared war on us, and have mobilized against our nation. You may also know that the Itallitopians have made a blockade to stop their fleet from reaching their outer targets. But just yesterday, I have been informed that the life saving blockade has been lifted. The Yugobatanian fleet is headed our way and we don’t have a navy to stop them. The one that we have been working on has been identified to be hijacked by spies and corrupt workers, so it’s up to the men at the beaches. I know I have never done this, but I plead that all fit men over eighteen who haven’t enlisted, do, for the sake of our country. This new and dirty regime is determined to conquer his enemies, either by annexation or deception, as happened to Dragonspyre and, most recently, Itallitopia. The alliance, who has been loosing supporters by the day is the only thing stopping a new wave of fascism and extreme imperialism, only seen before in times forgotten. Today, I humbly ask of all my citizens that they do their part, be it but buying war bonds, donating supplies or enlisting. We will show the enemy the might of Greater Saint-Paul. The might of the paulistians. The might of a people detirmined to fight, and never surrender! We will show them that even if we seem weak, WE WILL FIGHT! Let us all show the enemy, no, the world, the might OF THE EMPIRE!” He spoke, as the crowd cheered in joy, determination and patriotism. Arthur pulled out a flag showing the current flag of Yugobatania. He pulled out a lighter and burned it, placing the cloth in a metal bowl. Then, he unfolded the former flag of Yugobatania, ten times bigger than the one burning and saied “This is Yugobatania!” As he tossed the flag to the crowd. The cloth slowly fell to the public, who recived the flag and cheered, passing it hand by hand with joy. Arthur entered his office and closed the balcony door, leaving the flag to burn. “Heh, Getúlio Halin must be pissed off in his cell” he tought to himself.
