The democrats, seeing the 50k ground forces from British Bayonet reaching the civil war front, they decide to attack a key position in the Humgan region. The specific target is the mountain fortress of Utando. This is a fortress situated on the peak of a mountain. The fortress itself has a perfect defense. The Democrats begin the bombardment of the fortress, while sending wave after wave of troops to assault and capture the fortress. This new strategy is called the 'creeping barrage'. The assault is surprisingly successful. They decide to place 5k troops from the Tsardom of leonlandia in the fortress along with another 10k troops from the democratic army. This victory gives a large moral boost to the entire democratic war front, while massively harming the moral of the Imperials The Imperials lost 30k troops while the Democrats only lost 2.4k
