Construction of the naval base has begun at the grand capital city of Paradise de capitalism, with hundreds of workers building the naval base. Right by the shore, two Troyskovan destroyers sit at the center of Capitalist Harbour, watching the construction and defending the small nation.

"Waste of money if you ask me." Says a soldier while walking up to a man standing at the edge of the front of the destroyer. "People back home, they're starving."
"Yeah well, this is to defend ourselves. Is it not?" The man replies.
"Its gotta be some scheme to conquer this nation." The soldier says, "It will do nothing but get us into an unneeded war."
