I got diagnosed with temporary Orthostatic Hypotension.

Meaning my blood pressure is low whenever I stand up from a sitting or sleeping position. Gravity pulls down all my blood to my legs and deprives my brain a bit. My heart takes around a few minutes to realise that my brain isn't getting as much blood so it starts to increase the heart rate.

Whenever I stand up, I get very dizzy. I may even faint.
Doc said this should last for 1-2 weeks.

He said this was probably due to my sleeping patterns and lack of water consumption.

Wish me luck my dudes.
