*Doesn't allow death penalty* *Reclassified to Left-Leaning College State, Political Freedoms drops to Very Good, and I lose the policy "Public Protest."* This is all because I didn't want the death penalty, but have a rule that I'm not allowed to dismiss issues. That's what I get for being a good person.
