"The world lacks leadership, it's as simple as that. Me and my government were fully aware of the rivalry between Cherlia and the Federation but look at the state of the world. The US is absent and the Khanate will continue to build itself towards a far stronger power perhaps even the strongest, if we wish to keep our economies strong and our armies ready to tackle the possible foe. Pointing guns at each other and fighting over politics will weaken us all.

We have taken this risk of subverting both Cherlia and the Federation and placed our relations on the line in order to hold this meeting, so please at least stay till the end. I do apologise for the subversion but it was the only way"
