The Government controlled company of Keisari', otherwise known as Royale is proud to announce that it has made a massive investment. Ever sense the collapse of the Zyfaqir Caliphate of Drasyll that left Volstokn without oil, the Tsaral Realm has scrambled for a replacement, and now Keisari' has found the answer for the question. Keisari is to buy the 17 companies of the Hjołdac Bay in Great Jenovah.

The companies that had been left in shambles after the January Crisis which saw the Oil Market in the country of Great Jenovah collapse are officially purchased for the price of 82 Million. This is a step towards Volkish dependence on itself for its Oil. A mother company called OFFSHORE has been set up already and will soon revamp the current oil stations, crew, and set up.
