Preamble
This is the first time someone answers a rant of mine, therefore this turns into a debate. GG Marvin, you're the first one to not act as a victim of an Islorant and fight back!
An Independent Approach
Then, modify this section into one dedicated to efficiency. Explain that you'll choose ministers on their ability to run a ministry. And if you have a pick for a said ministry, write his/her name down and explicit why you choose this person!
More Transparency
This differs from the weekly reports so I don't have much to say about it. As said in Islorant8/9 the executive works on activity spikes so pieces of information should just be sent right after something was done. :)
I'll keep my statement on the fact that a whole secretary on this is worthless. This can easily be devolved to either the IM or the DPM (more people can work on it than just them, but it'll still be them who announce everything).
Ministerial Depth
I am not against you expanding the ministries. I was just against your sentence that looks like a direct attack on the actual administration. Obviously due to a growing population, the administration will expand, but that's not how I read it.
Foreign Affairs
I'm not attempting to score political points. I'm not the politician here Marvin. Moreover, most people already know how harsh an Islorant can be and wouldn't like to get targetted in one of them, so I see no point for me to score more 'points'. I stayed civil though. The only borderline thingy I could have was the metaphor, and again it was a metaphor.
As of proposing my ideas, I think this was already voiced enough. I'll never be against an embassy as long as the region is close to us, whether it is through events or extensive ambassadorial exchanges (not just, o helo here's an ambassador, and then the ambassador goes AFK). Thaecia's interests will always come first, even if it means making outsiders angry.

Re-establish the Recruitment Ministry
I believe you misunderstood me here. Korsinia's administration didn't make a separate department/ministry for recruitment, at all. Before now, it was directly in the "Government Rooms" category. Everyone in the administration has access to the recruitment initiative channels.
Yes we don't have a differing opinion outside the organisation, but I just find the need for a lawful recruitment ministry useless. Especially when it doesn't fit what another administration would want.
Establish the Education Ministry
We don't have a EM because we simply don't have any candidate for it. As of the IM, the said Minister already expressed its agreement in giving the education department to the EM. So there isn't any conflict of interest in this. Tengjiang just forgot we had a EM when he made his hearing, nothing else.
Creation of the Security Committee
It isn't a permanent committee for a reason. COBRA aims to solve different problems in different theaters that require people from outside the Cabinet. Therefore we will certainly change whoever we need in this committee.
As for the law part, this shouldn't exist. An administration has a typical way of working, and another one may have another way of doing so. Imposing only one way of working isn't a good idea. I know that whatever administration is in power, such committee whatever the name it has, will exist and be used. There isn't a need for the legislator to enforce such a committee to exist.
Climate Change Action
Again, climate change is a RP matter. Therfore it is a secondary matter to anything else that the legislator or the executive should do.
