Preamble
I would like to mention that this manifesto was not intended to be the final edition and it was more or less a rough draft so I can get suggestions of what can stay and what should be changed.

An Independent Approach
Islonia, I would have to say that what you wrote is a valid point. However, people must know that I am an Independent and that I will remain as an independent. My campaign also believes that promoting a diverse Cabinet with people from different parties is a good thing as it will bring a different viewset to our administration. This section is still being worked on so it is not final.

More Transparency
The Korsinia administration has done a great job of being more transparent but I am absolutely not advocating changing that. I, however, see that adding a Press Secretary position is beneficial because it fits right in to what I'm pushing for, which is to add more jobs and opportunities for more nations. This Press Secretary position will let a nation get more involved in the region by writing reports for the Executive Branch. Also to mention that not every nation is able to join the region's government discord server. The reports that will be sent out to the region will inform all nations on what is going on in our government because they deserve to know what is taking place.

Ministerial Depth
Thank you to the Korsinia administration that has added more jobs to our government but I believe that we can do more. But I am surprised you seem to be against this statement: "we will be providing more opportunities than any prior government." If you do believe in having more jobs for more nations in our ever growing region, this should be a statement of praise instead of simply condemning it because you don’t want me to continue to expand off of what Korsinia has done to add jobs and opportunities to more nations.

Foreign Affairs
I would like to apologize to any member of the FAM or administration if they were insulted because we did not intend on doing that. Our campaign manifesto, before being released, was overlooked by multiple members of government and they saw no issues with it but even praised the FA section so we did not expect a complete backlash against this. I have already expressed my desire to completely rewrite this section of the manifesto. Before moving on, I would also like to point out that this statement made by you is “ you're just blatantly lying to everyone and using your lies to score political points.” Since you find this section “disgusting”, why continue on to be toxic and trying to attempt to score political points yourself? Why not simply propose your ideas of how inter-regional affairs should be conducted in the future instead of relying on insults to do the job? I understand that not everyone will agree on a Foreign Affairs policy and even if I changed it, you will certainly find a way to rant on it. At least you can try to remain civil next time, as I will do the same.

Culture Ministry
Then we shall continue doing and expanding what the CM does currently.

Re-establish the Recruitment Ministry
As I have stated in my manifesto, I want a Recruitment Ministry and I provided reasons for it. Not everyone will agree with this and I don’t expect you to agree either. You say that “It's not a specific part of the administration's job, it's THE administration's job” but this was changed under Rayekka and continued through the Korsinia administration. Any Prime Minister could create the Ministry or department as they see fit and I will change how it is operated if I shall become PM. You also state that “After all, you first need a population before having institutions” but we do have a population already, over 350 nations! Why not provide more jobs to more nations looking to participate? I believe that we don’t have such a differing opinion on Recruitment but just the way how it is set up in the administration.

Establish the Education Ministry
We do not have an Education Ministry and the administration has not nominated a Education Minister for said position. Also if the administration truly was creating the Ministry, there is a conflict of interest from the Acting Interior Minister, where he said that “while the Education Department has long been talked about among the members of the IM, we have yet to actually implement these strategies. Under my tenure, I would look to create a sub-branch of the ministry aimed entirely at education” during his confirmation hearing to remain as Acting IM in the House of Commons. He says that the EM will be developed as a department under the IM instead of an actual Ministry.

Creation of the Security Committee
I was unaware of COBRA existing and it is a good thing that is in place in case of emergencies that shall rise. However, you state that “COBRA isn't a permanent committee” but I intend to enshrine it into our Law Registry as a needed part of the administration and I wrote out my plan for it in my manifesto. Xernon has stated that he has interests on creating a Security Council, which I believe would be similar to my idea of a Security Committee and he stated that “Regions commonly utilize them and they’re quite useful” and that he’s “likely going to propose a bill for it this coming session.” I would be welcome to help you out Xernon if you need any for this bill.

Climate Change Action
As I have said before, my manifesto was put together by a diverse group of people, including SPT members that want climate change action in the campaign. Not everyone will agree with this, but people want this to happen and I will stand with them to accomplish it because the administration is supposed to work for the people!

Inter-regional Football (Soccer) League
Irrelevant to my statement, but at least you like the idea!

Preamble
This is the first time someone answers a rant of mine, therefore this turns into a debate. GG Marvin, you're the first one to not act as a victim of an Islorant and fight back!

An Independent Approach
Then, modify this section into one dedicated to efficiency. Explain that you'll choose ministers on their ability to run a ministry. And if you have a pick for a said ministry, write his/her name down and explicit why you choose this person!

More Transparency
This differs from the weekly reports so I don't have much to say about it. As said in Islorant8/9 the executive works on activity spikes so pieces of information should just be sent right after something was done. :)
I'll keep my statement on the fact that a whole secretary on this is worthless. This can easily be devolved to either the IM or the DPM (more people can work on it than just them, but it'll still be them who announce everything).

Ministerial Depth
I am not against you expanding the ministries. I was just against your sentence that looks like a direct attack on the actual administration. Obviously due to a growing population, the administration will expand, but that's not how I read it.

Foreign Affairs
I'm not attempting to score political points. I'm not the politician here Marvin. Moreover, most people already know how harsh an Islorant can be and wouldn't like to get targetted in one of them, so I see no point for me to score more 'points'. I stayed civil though. The only borderline thingy I could have was the metaphor, and again it was a metaphor.
As of proposing my ideas, I think this was already voiced enough. I'll never be against an embassy as long as the region is close to us, whether it is through events or extensive ambassadorial exchanges (not just, o helo here's an ambassador, and then the ambassador goes AFK). Thaecia's interests will always come first, even if it means making outsiders angry.

Culture Ministry
N/A

Re-establish the Recruitment Ministry
I believe you misunderstood me here. Korsinia's administration didn't make a separate department/ministry for recruitment, at all. Before now, it was directly in the "Government Rooms" category. Everyone in the administration has access to the recruitment initiative channels.
Yes we don't have a differing opinion outside the organisation, but I just find the need for a lawful recruitment ministry useless. Especially when it doesn't fit what another administration would want.

Establish the Education Ministry
We don't have a EM because we simply don't have any candidate for it. As of the IM, the said Minister already expressed its agreement in giving the education department to the EM. So there isn't any conflict of interest in this. Tengjiang just forgot we had a EM when he made his hearing, nothing else.

Creation of the Security Committee
It isn't a permanent committee for a reason. COBRA aims to solve different problems in different theaters that require people from outside the Cabinet. Therefore we will certainly change whoever we need in this committee.
As for the law part, this shouldn't exist. An administration has a typical way of working, and another one may have another way of doing so. Imposing only one way of working isn't a good idea. I know that whatever administration is in power, such committee whatever the name it has, will exist and be used. There isn't a need for the legislator to enforce such a committee to exist.

Climate Change Action
Again, climate change is a RP matter. Therfore it is a secondary matter to anything else that the legislator or the executive should do.

Inter-regional Football (Soccer) League
Aye.
