New Lapis Lazuli RP Post Miseria The Lazulian people grow tired of the outrageous taxation’s they’re receiving from the high classes. The poorer peasants find themselves with almost no money to provide for themselves and their family’s.
Peasants take to the streets and protest the tyrannical rule and outrageous “taxes”. King Limpin grows concerned and fears he may loose his position in power. He has his military police disband they protests, the protesters don’t go home and only grow in numbers. A force of protesters 80 thousand strong gather outside the Sunset Palace.
Limpin, fearing his and his family’s lives, orders that the protesters be opened fire on. Tragically 240 people die after the Military Police open fire on the protesters. 35 of them were children under the age of seven. This only leads to more peasants expressing their opinion against the royal family.
