Sister Wavecrest has reached several conclusions overnight.

1. people are not going to stop staring at the freak
2. she's going to keep looking like a freak no matter what she does, due to her clothes
3. the above points mean it's completely pointless to act unobtrusive
4. time to practice martial arts techniques

This practice probably draws even more attention than she'd otherwise get, but whatever.
