Our Constitution instructs is to appoint VP The pioneer valley to become the Interim Prez. Then Interim Prezi The pioneer valley appoints an Interim VP. Then we hold elections for both positions.

BUT Article XIV Section 6 states:

"No Officer can hold more than 1 office at a time (with exception given to section 10 of this Article). If an Officer is elected into another office, they must resign from their previous office immediately upon inauguration into their new office."

It should say that section 9 gives exception, not section 10. Whoever amended it to say that made a typo, or it wasn't a typo and it's the result of government oversight. Either way the spirit of this section gives exception to due to section 9. This means that VP The pioneer valley can be both VP AND Interim Prez until proper Prez elections are held. But I do believe this is optional, so The pioneer valley can choose to relinquish his VP Office or keep it, but either way he needs to become Interim Prez.
