This proposal by a respected author and Europeian citizen known here as Inishmaan seeks to protect the freedom of association. This is clearly an appropriate topic for World Assembly legislation, given that the GA has passed resolutions to protect other freedoms in the past. While this proposal is short, it effectively blocks government infringement on freedom of association and doesn't contain any obvious loopholes. Under this proposal, a citizen's freedom of association can only be interfered with if the organization undermines national security, spreads or intends to spread hate, encourages or commits crime, or doesn't allow association. These exceptions are all very reasonable and promote the common good. The Ministry of World Assembly Affairs suggests voting FOR this proposal.
