The Council of Ministers of the Federal Republic of Epilepsia wishes to notify the Government of the Kingdom of Potenzia about its will to join the Liberal Democratic Union Outer Space Treaty.
Epilepsia has already adopted the Space Program policy and its Scientific Advancement index is 347.19, therefore meeting the entry criteria.
