Planetary Union Election
High Magistrate Position
Once every three (earth) years, the Planetary Union undergoes an election for the position of High Magistrate of the Union. The High Magistrate is the foremost authority of the Union, and serves as the supreme executive within the Executive Assembly. In order to qualify for this position, a citizen is required to have Passed the Leadership Evaluation Exam, Mental Health Checks, and be at least twenty-five years old, excluding artificial lifeforms.
One individual, regardless of species, sex, gender or any other factor is selected through vigorous campaign on their home planet to participate in the Planetary Union High Magistrate Election.
Campaigning lasts for a total of one months.

Earth: Ivan Klimovich Kalinov
Mars: Voryn Sharmat Dagoth
Pluto: Pluton Primary

Election Forecast:
1. Pluton Primary - Pluton Primary is in the first place according to polls throughout the Union, due to his level of experience compared to his running mates, and the growing popularity of AI leaders as many areas have achieve peak efficiency under them.

2. Ivan Klimovich Kalinov - Ivan Kalinov currently serves as Chief Representative of the Russian Parliament and is in second place according to interplanetary polls. Kalinov is somewhat unpopular for his support of continued policy from the Soviet Era within the Russian Empire, but is widely seen as the most capable organic lifeform for the position of High Magistrate on Earth.

3. Voryn Sharmat Dagoth - The renown Theocrat of Mars, who united the AMCR under the Red Crown Monarchy of the Basu People and has established a functional military state on the Red Planet. It is unknown how popular he actually is on Mars, but it is by his mandate that he bypassed the polls on the red planet. He is a very unlikely choice for the position.
