This clearly prevent nations from designating specific areas for cigarette smokers (it would be considered an "act of genocide"). So if you voted for this I assume you are against cigarette smokers discrimination. :)

I think it would be exagerated to considers anti-smoking measures as genocide, but his argument make sense.
