"I'm going to actually try and leave now. I feel my sanity vanishing just hearing your rationalisations."

"I have no idea what you're talking about. The Ultralists secured their arms through independent black market deslings. You have nothing concrete suggest otherwise. Especially now after we took action against them.

What I see is that Arovannea ultimately won, yes. But it was a narrow victory that also required the help of its enemies like Easunia. The Ultralists were no more Humanists than a Christian is a Christian after they convert to semething else.

Their ideological praxis relied not on Nassirian-Zanganist tenants, but their own bastardization of Zakaria Nassirian's work. For that we had to get involved. Unlike yours, our troops are veterans. They've seen messier conflict and their experience proved invaluable. The few casualties we sustained are more than acceptable.

So, yes. Mission accomplished."

If you want, we can take the involvement of the HS in another interesting direction. Not only does it display plausible deniability, but the image of Humanists protecting Arovanneans could draw in more support to replace that which it lost. Probably not enough for a notable insurrection again. But enough for further troubles ahead.
