When I was younger my mom would also ground me for that, the reason was mainly because I stayed awake until late hours on my phone, which kind of makes sense

The PRP plans on continuing the increase of population we've experienced since the implementation of the API program by H corp. We will continue to support our RP and work with Rhenzern to get our RP back on track with consistent activity, inter-regional RP, and our inter-regional alliance which will increase activity and co-operation between the member regions. Our ambassadorship program will also give new ways for Callistans to participate in inter-regional affairs and contribute to the government. As we've said before, letting OOC discussions flourish along with strong RP is the best way for Callista to remain active.

⚔️ Montenegrin Annexation War ⚔️
On August 1865 an incident involving Montenegrin police officers in which they allegedly traveled to Albania and killed an Albanian citizen has provoked an outrage from Albanian citizens. The incident was investigated by local authorities in which the perpetrators came to Albania and immediately left to Montenegro after committing the crime, and multiple witnesses have claimed that they have seen them wearing police uniforms from Montenegro, the Albanian Crown responded to this as an act of terror made by the perpetrators and demanded Montenegro to bring the assassins to their nation in which they are expected to be executed for such hideous act.

The Montenegrin government refused to comply, claiming no responsibility, which then were accused of hiding and protecting the killers, sending their own police force into Montenegro in search of the police officer in which the Montenegrin police forces resisted and beat down the Albanians while they were unarmed. This escalated tensions and many Albanians started to demand the Crown to do something against this outrageous behavior in which, with help of the Neapolitan troops, they declared war on Montenegro sending their bill of forces to march on Montenegrin soil, traveling through the Mountains and Ulcinj, with the Montenegrin forces on the defensive.

The Albanians and Neapolitan troops marched against the Montenegrins who put up a fight in the mountains trying to take them by surprise but failing to slow down the Albanian and Neapolitan Forces which continue their fight in the small towns and cities of Montenegro which ended in the victory of the Albanian forces who have been preparing for this day for years. Chasing the Montenegrins in every city and town, while the defenders tried to hold for as long as possible, being besieged multiple times but lasting a few weeks at minimum. The Montenegrin government after the first months of war surrendered and were annexed into the Albanian crown, many prisoners of war were liberated, the perpetrators of the incident were sentenced to death, and the government of Montenegro was exiled.

Albania has successfully annexed Montenegro and has now started to plan the next course of action with the Neapolitan Crown, the soon to be, war against the Illyrians.

While the war between Albania and Montenegro was on its last stages, King Joseph II, investigated what was happening at France, with the Empire very quiet in these years it would only raise concern about what was going on and if he could take advantage of this. Investigating he found out about two main figures which could potentially bring France to a Civil War, the Bonaparte twins. Both of them on different sides and both of them looking to change France on their own terms. Liberals vs Conservatives to summarize it in the most simplest of ways.

With his eyes set on the Kingdom of Italy he was eager to wait long enough until the tensions snap and take all of Italy as quickly as possible, taking the Adriatic Sea for himself. He sent a letter to Prince Lucien which was his preferred candidate to the throne of France and showing his open support for the young Prince and the liberalization of the French Empire, giving him any advice that could be helpful to deal with any conservative opposition as his mother, Zenaida, was in a situation similar to his. Hopefully they could arrange meetings between each other so they could formally have a strong friendship in the future.
