To reiterate, Operation Cosmos Dawn is the mission that WonGyan military forces will be embarking on shortly, where they will be engaging with the Tyramon fleet to investigate one of the sources of the Blue Cosmo threat. To help reduce the likelihood of violence, WonGya is calling on all nations in this summit to provide an official endorsement of this investigation and provide an immediately military presence at the location of this investigation to encourage cooperation and prevent any possible violent reaction from the Tyramon navy and their substantially armed fleet.

Meanwhile off the coast of Tyramon

The alert sirens on the Minerva go off as Cpt. Lunamaria's voice is heard, "First level battle stations! First level battle stations! A massive naval battle cruiser has joined the Tyramon fleet and intelligence indicates it's... 5 times the size of a standard carrier, a superfortress-class ship. Shinn and Meyrin please report to the bridge."

On the bridge, Lunamaria informs Shinn and Meyrin of their new directives, "We have just been ordered to investigate the source of the suspected Blue Cosmos signal, by any means necessary. We've been authorized to engage in combat with the Tyramon fleet if necessary. Given the size of that fleet, this isn't a fight we want to pick. Why would they be so reckless? Nonetheless, orders are orders, Meyrin, please signal the Tyramon fleet and explain the situation to them, and inform them that we must investigate this signal from one of their ships and that we have orders to do so by any means necessary.
