I'm using "Tournament Manager" which helps me input the team's skill/level, draw teams into groups using POT positions and more. I chose "Health Index" because it's logically related to how healthy are your players. To input the team's level, you need to multiply then divide the health index score of the most powerful team until you find a score of 9.10 or around that. You need to wait after the end of sign-ups to your tournament so you can apply the same operation with other teams (Dividing and multiplying numbers don't change).
Scores are generated randomly through Two halves. Weak team can beat powerful teams but only in rare cases.
