Far left riots? Protesting against the government literally banning protests like a full on authoritarian dictatorship would do is not far left in any manner. And no I don't agree with the people who burned the police van or hurt police officers but that was probably a small minority, and was kinda egged on by the police who literally ran into a group of people sitting in silence on the floor with horses and batons.

Well the truth is that I intentionally make no promises. If I'm elected I'll probably just search through the RMB to see what people want and then try to do that.

I mean yeah obviously I'm willing to wait, but it always seems to me that the beginning (roughly) predicts the rest of the election.

If that's what you really want to do then you could try asking people in the rmb what they would personally like to see and from there you can start forming different ideas from their inputs.
