Is it even habitable? because land measured in quadrilions means infinite valorization that leads to no one living there

Or u controlling the land value there? somehow.

Americo-Federation wrote:Damn, QUADRILIONS? Is the land made of gold?

Frankly if the land was made of gold it'd be cheaper.

Keep in mind that I have billions of citizens living in a very small amount of land and am the most sheerly productive country in the world.

Freedom phoenix is literally my capital, and outright buying land will have you in a bidding war with prices being driven so high that massive corporations are rarely capable of outright buying it.
Land in my country is insanely expensive mate, it has every reason to be.

And how tf there are people living there? How can normal people pay for that, but not corporations with TRILLIONS to spend?

What if i build a skyscraper then? it is more land-use-effective.

nation=free-reorganized-states/detail=trend/censusid=76

This is my GDP for reference, I control a few hundred thousand square miles of land total.

Divide my GDP by my total land mass and you get the productivity of my land relative to the size of my country.

Americo-Federation wrote:And how tf there are people living there? How can normal people pay for that, but not corporations with TRILLIONS to spend?

I doubt anyone actually lives in the capital, and not one entity probably outright owns the land.

Keep in mind that the 13 colonies were just under 500k square miles. I'm not sure exactly how big my land is currently, but I can imagine that it's not much more than twice that. So the average price of land in my country is likely about a trillion dollars per square mile.

Anyway that's just how money works. The more money there is the more things cost, and the more things are produced the more things cost relative to other things. So the sheer cost of land should give you an indication of just how utterly productive the FRS is.

Americo-Federation wrote:What if i build a skyscraper then? it is more land-use-effective.

I mean that much is a given. You'd have to have your productivity dramatically outpace the money you're spending in order to make profit after all.

What if i build it on the outskirts of the city? Like walmart.
Your population doesn't have public transport, but they probably have cars bcause of the high disposable income.
So reaching it won't be a big problem.

They do in fact have cars
nation=free-reorganized-states/detail=rank also we have some public transportation.

Overall though the small size of my nation would allow infrastructure building to be cheap so even with relatively little transportation there should be alot.

That said you have ALOT of competition.

Talking about walmart, i wish it had succeeded in brazil, but we're so used to high prices that when walmart came here, everyone thought the low prices were kind of a trap or something, so it didn't go very well.

Also, apparently they would sell those ski things you put on your foot to slide on the snow, and gloves, and jackets made for super cold places?
And we literally have no snow here.

As someone said "I'm not trapped with them, they're trapped with me" so competition is not a problem 🗽⛽💯🚣

I mean honestly mate some of the bigger corporations can compete with you pound for pound. There's only so much you can dedicate resource wise after all.

You know what, i could build a 24H mega shopping mall, but call it "Americo Imporium" and make it out of refined wood and use some european architecture, so i can increase the prices in 300% and rich folks will go there because they think it is made only for them and that they are especial.

It works really well in brazil at least.

But maybe i'm overthinking? ur going to include those things when calculating the profit in the future?

Im not even sure what I'll factor, but I'll try to incorporate RP at least to a degree.

I will say that what you are trying to do will either need budget surplus or be effected primarily be business subsidization stats as well as your industries though.

I have no idea how Im going to incorporate propaganda, I'll definitely need to ask someone about feasibility first.

Nah, just waiting for a slip to steal the ice cream

Ok, scenario for me right now.

Americo-Federation wants to become part of Halfworth economy.

Ponytus wants to annex the Caucasus, which means annexing me.

Phobos Drilling and Manufacturing wants to destroy Halfworthia as a communist power in all ways possible.

Orlys is Orlys.

My nightmare. And it seems that Ponytus out of all these guys is gonna win at one point. Idk why, but it feels like I need to just give up and give in. But I want to fight! I will fight! Because that's I have been doing since the first time UnirState annexed me!

Ponytus

Notice for the The Error Union. Ponytus shows signs of never backing down, and will continue to fight until they get the Caucasus and annex all Errorish land. It is your duty to eliminate this threat.

But sir, promised to leave them alone.

The Error Union wrote:But sir, promised to leave them alone.

Error Union, Ponytus will not stop until we stop them. Your offer to not hurt them as long as they do not hurt you does not change a thing. Has history not taught you anything? Trust no one. This meeting is over.

I don't want the Caucasus!
It should be obvious...
