Pleasant surprises.
The Union of the Swords of East Africa has been established on this day. A Stalohalik union including seven stalohanates: People’s Stalohanate of Kenya, Unitary State of the Swords of Tanzania, Stalohanate of Uganda, Rwandan State, State of Burundi, Unitary Stalohanate of South Sudan, and Somali State.
East Africa is a stratocratic vanguard state with syndicalist and state-run economics with a democratically elected dictatorship.
The union currently has yet to decide a leader. But the National All-Union Vanguard of East Africa plans to hold elections with their chosen candidates shortly.

Stalohalism
Stalohalism is an ideology that originated from the planet of Talover. Making it all the way to Talo Ervha on Earth. Stalohalism was created by a female Talot known as Maytoa Malaver, a former leader of Talo Ervha who was originally a Falangist before leaving the Talot Socialist Falange to invent and promote Stalohalism and form the party alliance known as the Stalohal Swords of Talo Ervha and becoming the first elected Vozhd of Talo Ervha and adopting the Constitution of the Stalohal Republic of Talo Ervha.
But what is Stalohalism? And why is this important to learn about? Well, Stalohalism is an ideology formed as a split off from Falangism (in the same way Fascism formed as like a split off from National Syndicalism), combining military rule, syndicalism, state-run industries, and vanguardism. Here, I will lay out everything in Stalohalism. Its core principles, its variants, and so on. This is an ideology that may very well change the history of the Wastelands forever.
Stalohalism believes in a unified culture of the stalohan. Stating that cultural unity will allow for more smooth and efficient progress of the stalohan.
The leader is to enforce social norms and lead economic planning. The leader is to make diplomatic decisions and be a role model for future leaders.
The military plays an important role in the vanguard parties, usually having multiple generals within the party and having party officials of any of the vanguard member parties embedded into the military to ensure the military stay ideologically aligned. In most forms of Ethical Stalohalism, such as Isomachism, military generals lead the Stalohanates.
The vanguard parties usually have their candidates meet and discuss with the military generals and the union representatives of the syndicates to see if the military and syndicates support the candidates being put to vote for the people to decide. This is to ensure that the only candidates available in elections don't come into direct conflict with the stalohanatal leaders or syndicates. Most of the time, in most Stalohal regimes like Talo Ervha, the candidates are usually military generals due to their loyalty to the Stalohan or well known vanguard members who have had a history of getting involved and making well informed decisions to prevent tensions between the stalohanatal leaders, syndicates, or vanguard and solve any of the problems that have ever occurred between the three. The number of candidates is usually two or three, but sometimes when it is only one, it ends up becoming a "yes" or "no" vote.
A unified front of Stalohalik parties ensures that no matter the leader elected, even if the policies that may change, the path still remains the same. The path to progress and unity. The path to maintain order.
This allows for better economic planning and better leadership. The syndicates functions as the bridges bringing the stalohanates, vanguard, and proletariat together to create a stalohan without class struggle.
State planners, syndicate federations, and the autocrats meet together to discuss economic planning and national projects.

A portal opened near Equatus Commoworth. Out came a large military parade permitted by the RHPO from the Orange Keizerlijk Confederation of Socialist Error Republics. It was the Confederate Legionary Army. The CLA was greeted by the Halrians and made their way to the tower. Where the CLA stopped, and the Grand Pensionary Coco Schoppenboer stepped forward.
"Greetings Halfworthian government, I have arrived on the behalf of Keizerin Vera. This meeting was a long time coming, and I hope this leads to a lasting friendship between our nations. May we discuss things further, Josef Stalin?"

Josef Stalin listened as the diplomatic interpreter translated Coco Schoppenboer's words — his gaze becoming more serious as she spoke. When she finally finished, he simply remained still for a while, his posture erect.
Slowly, he moved forward and, without hesitation, offered a strong handshake. Coco's hand retracted slightly as Josef's larger hand covered hers — it wasn't harsh, but she could still feel the warmth of his grip and the firm pressure of his thumb against her palm.
Then, he spoke in Russian, the diplomatic interpreter quickly adjusted his body and replied in the Grand Pensionary's native language:
— It's a pleasure to estabilish relations with your formidable nation. As the representative of the UHSR, It's an honor to meet a leader that also shares the same principles and solidarity for the worker class.
When the interpreter finished, Stalin gave a military salute and held his gaze on Coco's eyes, waiting for a response.

Oh that is fine, although I will say this interaction probably took place in the past because the Confederation's unstable government once again changed leadership for the millionth time. It is now the United Orange Confederation of Socialist Stalohal Republics, and it is led by Sovereign Director Edward Arkham. Aka the "Directator". So we can say this interaction established relations but now that I am doing things here again, we can finish this "past" interaction.
