Firstly. I expect the same privacy of stuff that happens in TGs as you have asked of me in the past. No need to leak that because you're angry. And it was not a "tantrum". Untecna has proven himself just how he was back before everything happened. meaning he not only blatantly lied to my face telling me he had changed. but I also endorsed him for basically no reason. Therefore I decided to put things back to how they were before we started talking again. Also. I literally made a change in my statement that would enable that plotline to continue after I had thought about it for a week. (not for his sake mind you. but so we wouldn't have any issues RPing when you did decide to go ahead and demand turkestan) So.
Second. Chill the hell out. I was clearly half joking in that statement calling you a geatric. and yes. While you are slow at starting the war I really don't have an issue with that. just gives me more time to prepare for it. I did tell you to hold off on things for OOC reasons. For the benefit of other members of my alliance. Not myself. I had no intention of not mobilizing at the time I had planned nor do i specifically have the same OOC disturbances all things considered I'm pretty free actually for this week. I was just telling you to hold off on doing anything serious because my alliance members would not be able to respond to you if you did. this was literally my exact statement.

They had staked much of their reputation on the promises of bringing the Meadrish capital to the city, and the results of the College's recent votes made that promise appear increasingly out of reach. The Herald of Almati orders the sophon controlling the vehicle convoy transporting the delegation to drive two times above the speed limit on Almati's streets to Algabas. Since the roads to Algabas have remained unrepaired since the fall of Apollonia, the delegation is treated with an exceptionally bumpy ride. As Parhenos III finishes her call with Scholarch Cain, she is perhaps surprised by the sight of a lone Almati city government vehicle navigating the bumpy and barren road to the ruins of Algabas, its convoy apparently having given up on following it.

Claims, Expansions, and territory decay.
You will tell me, the mapper, how many systems you have either already in the RP, or how many you are claiming. You will then direct me to where to place you on the map. If you have any complaints afterwards, please, bring them up to me. If you have any and I mean any space expansion posts from before you claimed on the map, please, link them so that I know how many systems to give you.
For new players to IOC, just make a post where you colonize more than 50 systems. If it's adequate, it will be considered. If it isn't I'll help advice you on how to make it so the post is adequate, and viable to be accepted.
Territory Decay. This will be a controversial one for some. If you CTE, or leave IOC, or you stop RPing entirely for three months, your territory will begin to decay, and become claimable by other people. This decay will continue until either you return, or your territory is gone completely. The decay, once it begins, will speed up rapidly.

After the vehicle comes to a halt in front of Cybele, the two delegates inside quickly exit, clearly grateful that the ride to Algabas was finally over. Cybele might recognize the two delegates, one man and one woman, as Limanaki Xiphias and Nikol Dalassenos respectively. Strangely, the OMF's High Ambassador Lavrentia Castellanos is not present, even though meetings such as this one are typically assigned to her.
Limanaki waves at the Swordbearer as he walks toward her, with Nikol following behind him adjusting her OMF cloak and mumbling curses likely directed at the Herald of Almati.
Nikol: "Κάποιος πρέπει να απαλλαγεί από τον πανικόβλητο μπουφόνι... σαν να πιστεύει ότι η άφιξη λίγα λεπτά νωρίτερα θα πείσει το Κολλέγιο να ψηφίσει ναι..." ("Someone needs to get rid of the panicked buffoon... as if he thinks arriving a few minutes early will convince the College to vote yes...")
