The Meeting: I
Ms. Cremisi, just like the Xanarcican Crown Princess, seemed very unpleasant with the awful weather, as it certainly did not impact the atmosphere well. However, she preferred a traditional plain umbrella as a way to protect her from the ravaging rain, instead of an extravagant piece of headwear. "Yes, we'd better get going."
Inside the town hall of Norenta, Camilla led the diplomats to the room where the meeting would have taken place. Her colleagues, instead, preferred to silently sway behind the group, with the security guards escorting them to their sides.
Upon entering the conference room, Camilla immediately noticed the water infiltrations from the ceiling. She was a woman who cared a lot about details, and for good reason, as her position as a CPR required an optimal performance on several aspects all at once. Fortunately, the bucket that had been put to collect the water had been hidden by some ample plants.
Camilla gestures the Xanarcicans to take a seat, then started, a hint of embarrassment in her face: "We have come to... Discuss about the peculiar occurrence that has happened last night, as well as a number of further negotiations, in order to give a practical sense to this meeting."
A Thinly-Veiled Threat
The Renean Navy's Waggy Strait Expeditionary Fleet, the main combat component of the blue-water navy in the southwest, has recently conducted their seasonal training exercises near the waters of 
Calption. Renean ships were spotted within international waters as close as 30 kilometers away from the Calptionion shoreline, and aircraft could be seen in the distance by some in the Calptonion islands, with noise from the exercise that could be heard inland. Following the royal declaration of a committment to the retaking of these islands, some have already speculated that this exercise was, and potentially will be the first in a series of, threats to the Calptionion government and populace.
The Office of the Navy has maintained that this is a "regularly scheduled exercise performed within Renea's rights to international waters." The Expeditionary Fleet has not been removed from these waters following the conclusion of the naval exercise, and auxiliary ships continue to support the fleet as they navigate close to the Calptonion islands, as if in preparation for a prolonged operation. The 3rd Fleet, stationed in the northeast, has also recently embarked from port, beginning a lengthy journey towards the central waters for undeclared reasons. As tensions mount in the region, Bunbunmaru News has collected statements from several Reneans when asked with the question, "What are your opinions regarding the situation between the new imperial court and Calption?"
