Really wish the weather would make up its mind where I live one week it feels like spring and, then the very next week its back to being winter. Just pick one already be nice and sunny with a bit of rain, or cold as hell and snowing. Don't flip flop between like a metronome set on high speed.
Heh, the same happened in my area. Perhaps we live in similar places. Though for where I live we’re just used to this sort of thing.
I have some how gained three new banners by doing nothing...and this are not population related.
The Treasurer looked over at her before slowly nodding as he opened the leatherbound suitcase he had before placing a file onto the table and sliding it to her. "Prince Richard would do then...because maybe if it is he who delivers it, the king would understand that this deal is exactly as it says on the tin." He stated before he opened the file which bore the American flag and showed it was the draft for an agreement between The American Federation and The British Empire. "I spoke to President Bluebell regarding this, the Joint Chiefs...and the roundtable of Congress. It is an incredibly bitter pill for the American populace to swallow, especially with the pride that is trying to be regrown with our expansion efforts in South America but..." He looked up into Lady Marlboroughs eyes with sincerity as he took off his sunglasses and put on his rounded reading glasses.
"This agreement would be the beginnings of The American Federations offer to open negotiations to join The Commonwealth of Nations as a member state." Pennington said straightforwardly. "Although this is the beginnings of the draft, I felt that it would be best to come in person to inform Britannia myself as not only is this the largest offer that our nation will have ever done, it also coincides before the imminent invasion of Venezuela that is currently in the final stages of being launched with the confirmation from insiders in the country of Bolívar DeSánchez beginning to enter his hospice phase of a terminal Liver Cancer diagnosis." Pennington said as he sighed out. "Whether or not the approval to join the commonwealth is done before or post invasion, there will be an invasion but, there are no plans to threaten any of Britannia's interests in South America." The Treasurer said as he looked into her eyes.
"I do apologize if this is a lot to take in but, you know how these trying times have been for us."
Tell me about it, I have NINE!
I was in Donegal last week and the weather changed about 5 times in 30 minutes
Might have something to do with the news article about banners, maybe your nation already met the requirements for them
That’s probably what it is, but man, my third alt got 15.
And I thought the weather was being bipolar where I live.
Recently found a new name to add to the names to give to a Ship(s). Willie "Ching" Lee.

A New Era
Following the election of President Aviik Nadeev, there has been a drastic change in policies involving the occupied territories.
On June 9th, 2062 at 9:00AM, the president ordered large scale troop drawdowns in the occupied territories, with about 10,000 troops previously stationed in the west bank, the numbers went from 10,000 to only 2,000 combat troops. in the Gaza Strip previously there had been about 5,000 troops. This number decreased to only 1,000 troops. A news agency had an interview with a Palestinean citizen in the west bank who said, "We haven't seen such few soldiers here in decades, we are all hopeful that they will pull out completely and leave us."
another news agency asked the press secretary about this who commented, "The president hasn't made any promises, but he is discussing the option with his cabinet."
Syria
"The situation is worsening everyday, we may not know much, but we are certain that Black Mountain is losing." Said the Defense Minister when asked about the situation in Syria. The Israeli Intelligence services have stated the Shrike has control of Idilib, and Aleppo, and Damascus, the three biggest cities in the country. More concerning is the death toll among civilians. A humanitarian group has stated that there have already been over 10,000 civilian casualties so far in the month of June. The Black Mountain Mercs have stated that they are running low on supplies and may have to leave Syria.
(this may suck, oh well)
Something is better than nothing.
