I appreciate your concern, but would like to point out that "venting after being warned" is perhaps acceptable, so long as the rule breaking doesn't continue.
And as for the idea that the mods deserve respect 100% of the time, I'll give them that when they give me a reason to. There was one time in a different region someone was looking at their RMB stats and commented that they'd given 10th most number of likes or something along those lines, to be met with a wandering mod screaming at them for "obviously likespamming", despite no one in the region feeling it was. Mods aren't gods, and so long as you don't keep doing what they told you not to, there's no problem in getting hurt about it.
Nevertheless, I approve of your desire to maintain regional security; just perhaps a slight mellowing in some areas would be ideal.
