My advice to leftist and socialist nations would be to simply stop caring about the economy. You can't fix your economy anyway since the US would simply embargo you and put sanctions on you no matter what you do.

Yeah, theres a specific issue for it. Once you achieve socialism though, you can rapidly increase your economy whilst maintaining equality if you're very careful on how you answer issues. There is an issues guide linked below which can tell you the outcome of every issue when you answer it (or you can be like me and wildly guess accepting the good with the bad)

No hate to them but the Socialist Party USA is a bit defunct and outdated. I’d highly recommend checking out the Party for Socialism and Liberation instead :)
