It is our profound wish that the borders of the Commonwealth are not fixed by those who wish to confine our progress and are instead fluid. It is our dream and goal and that the ideals of the Commonwealth are espoused by all regions the world over. Under Lion leadership and only lion leadership, will the Democratic Commonwealth be transformed. Lifted out of its present state of stagnation, to take its rightful place among the most powerful and influential regions of this world.
