What remained was still strong, so I tempered it into a fiery host, and spent the rest of my days since trying to control them with acts of cruelty towards dissenters and a steady supply of souls to torture.
This control I use to keep my people safe and to provide adequate punishment for criminals - thieves, murderers, and worse. I give them sentences, which they serve out in immense pain. I hate the evil of it, but that does not keep me from doing what is necessary to keep my realms safe.
