Days pass and the meeting begins, the emperor, so confident of San Sierra, did not come with a guard, thus showing the confidence that he had in his friends, he only came with diplomats to serve, he, with the mask that (traditionally) The Emperors of the empire carry, greet the president (let's say it was a meeting between president and president...well, emperor), and give him the papers to sign, only one, and the world would see the San Sierran-Imperfeudalian Alliance being born
