Capitalism is the way for a progressive nation, not being biased. But it proves how successful it is.

Cons: unequality, rich become richer and also poor becomes poorer.
You need to have a certain skills such as being financially literate to play the system, and if you can't possessed any skills to it you'd end up in a cycle of 9-5 jobs, criticizing the rich, and complaining how awful capitalism is.
Then you decided to be a communist pig.

Theoretically, every system (even the lack of one) could work. Practically, natural human flaws will make it so that every system will reveal its shortcomings.

No, communism works well in a primitive Tribal Society. That ideology would still work in small ideological groups of comrades.
