Okay I have modified the rules, and Colonization will not be allowed
1. You cant claim other countries claims
2. Be specific in your claims. In this particular case, send an edited screenshot on the exact position you want to start. Like this one
4. You will be allowed to expand 1 time every week
5. Once the claim has been applied on the map you cannot change it
6. You will start as a small nation on the map. As the time passes you will be able to expand as specified in the rule 4.
7. You also need to tell me the name of your religion and if you want to your culture. It is optional but if you want your culture to appear on the map just telegram me
1. Ask to reduce the size of other nation
2. Ask for big chunks of map
3. Take other nation's claims
4. Ask for more claims in the RMB chat, you must telegram the Royal Cartographer
I will add more rules if neccesary
1. In order to start colonizing you need to have at least one province in Asia, Africa or America
2. You can only claim 2 countries to start colonization
3. You can't claim the whole country, you will start with small chunks of land
4. If you want to claim more land you need to RP for it (This is to make the RP more active)
5. In case you are claiming a big province, you need to invest in it by Role Playing for 1 month in RP time
6. In case more than 1 nation claims a province it will convert in disputated land
7. In case the province is disputed you can invest it as fast as you can in RP or leave the province and colonize elsewhere (This is to make the RP more interesting)
8. If the province has already been colonized you cannot claim it

I though that leaving The GMN was significant but with such great nations here I couldn't resist to return. I apologize for my exit😔.
I would also want leave more place to the other royal officials and will be to their disposal and of
