Yeah, Salisford still hasn't voted yet, currently, we're giving our reason why we're going to vote the way we will vote.
You can certainly try
That's not how TCN procedure works.
Nope.
If you really wanna play this game, I'll play hardball on this one. Voided, it's being done under a false premise.

SPEAKER'S GROUNDS, QUEBECSHIRE CITY, QUEBECSHIRE
Early in the morning, before the sun had risen over eastern Quebecshire, the sound of boots on marble floors and velvet carpet echoed through the halls of the Speaker's Grounds. The Honourable Lucien LaRochelle stumbled out of his living quarters into his hallway to meet two uniformed men walking briskly down the hall.
- "Sir, there's something you need to see."
The Speaker and the uniformed men descended an elevator and entered a room which had its doors guarded on both sides by armed men, the entry-way having two levels of promptly sealed doors. They entered, and the Speaker of the Parliament took his place at the head of the table. Some of the members of the table other than the Speaker are Premier Administrator Nadia Lefrançois, Administrator of National Defence Émeric Boudreaux, Administrator of International Affairs Philippe Dumont, Chief of Operations of the Intelligence Directorate Bernard Veil,
Across the room, a bright screen illuminates to life, displaying satellite images of the southern regions of Sur. Chief of Operations Veil stands and walks up to space to the right of the screen, as he speaks, he navigates on the screen with a remote.
- "As you can see here, the CODECO nations have formed the COMISEQ forces, intervening in Sequoyah as the TCN is in session in Bostonia. Administrator Dumont will be briefing the delegation as things arise, hopefully, so our Ambassador in Bostonia can get the word out as soon as possible.
The situation is very tricky. Adama is behaving like a dictator, and Calhoun has essentially verified himself as nothing more than a terrorist. CODECO, through the Creeperian state, has declared its intention to place Lincoln in power. The resolution has not passed, so CODECO is not acting illegally yet. Though, there is a ticking clock on this situation. If CODECO on the Big Three cannot find a mutual solution by the time of the resolution's likely passage, we risk much more severe geopolitical consequences.
Speaker LaRochelle leaned back in his chair, thinking. Premier Administrator Lefrançois leaned forward.
- "If we can leverage CODECO into providing briefings and allowing observers, we can get the Sacramatians and Eminoplers to approve of the mission as the resolution passes, which will avoid any further escalation."
- "Alright, we'll give a press release and I'll have a conference by the end of the night. Give word to the Parliamentary offices, here is what we'll offer them..."
HÔTEL DU PARLEMENT, QUEBECSHIRE CITY, QUEBECSHIRE
Philippe Dumont has stepped to the podium, prepared to brief the press, and the world, as to what is to come next from Quebecshire.
- "It is the opinion of the Quebecshirite government that the invasion that CODECO is present mounting into Sequoyah is rushed and very possibly irresponsible. We would prefer CODECO wait for the likely passage of resolution thirty-three and follow the proper channels specific within it for its peacekeeping operations. However, the gears of international bureaucracy do not always function at the same pace as alliance movements. As a result of this, there is a lot to unpack.
Firstly, Quebecshire does not yet recognize the newly declared CODECO led Sequoyan provisional government. As cited by the delegation of Terranihil, CODECO is not endowed with the authority to disband or establish recognition of foreign governments.
Secondly, as specified by the resolution, at the moment of its passage, it will be illegal for CODECO to continue its operations without the support of the "Big Three" nations. Quebecshire will extend an olive branch, and we will lobby the Sacramatians and Eminoplers to support the intervention at the time of the resolution passage, but there are several conditions for this. Primarily, CODECO must report to our governments and intelligence sectors on the affairs in the region and must allow any observers from a big three or associated nation into the region to ensure that the operation remains one in the name of peacekeeping and stability. Agreement to this, combined with approval from the big three, would exempt CODECO from the no-fly zone per the resolution, so long as they remain in compliance with this agreement. If this is met, we believe we can build off of this cooperation and resolve this promptly to avoid further diplomatic escalation of the conflict. We all want the same result in Sequoyah, and CODECO must be cooperative and work with the international community.
We hope that CODECO can agree to these base terms so we can work with the other big three states to resolve the issue promptly, and we will await a response. We will keep you updated, and thank you."

Yeah no problem i understand how overwhelmed you might feel take your time fr
The Gjorkan Delegation abstains from the following resolution. Gjorka doesn’t wish to involve itself in the affairs of Sequoyah in such a direct and confrontational matter.
Sequoyan Delegation Response
The Delegtaion responded by stating: "Although we are heartened by the resolution's attempts to protect stability, we are wary of the clause that authorizes the CODECO peacekeeping force. CODECO is attempting to destabilize our nation for their own gain by undermining the authority of the legitimate President, William Adama. We place our trust in the abilities of the Big Three, however, and ask that they work closely with the current administration in any decisions they make. We also call for continued vigilance against CODECO aggression. Our nation is attempting to secure an equitable future for all- we have seen that through Adama's reforms - but we cannot do that if CODECO undoes everything we have worked to achieve. I call on the TCN to oversee this war carefully. So long as they work to preserve the freedoms and government of our people, the TCN will have our support. We will vote in favor of this bill"

"Sequoyah lacks a legitimate leader, period. Your constitution is juvenile and rushed, Adama denied the results of an election to keep power despite not being a candidate in the first place, and the election itself was rigged due to the systemic racism in your nation. Your country is a failed state, period."
Creeperopolis, Xusma, Eminople, and Lyoa
Ulysses Lincoln responded in a brief pre-recorded message broadcasted on Radio Nueva Vegas.
"Creeperopolis does not rule Sequoyah. Sequoyans do. We face an unprecedented time of foreign interventionism and danger for our people and we cannot allow it to taint our republican spirit. We cannot allow foreign criminals to destroy our land. I support President Adama - he has shown his dedication to protect the liberty of all people, tribal and sequoyan. He has committed to holding new free and fair elections once the situation in Sequoyah is stabilized. I call on all people, nationalist and liberal, tribal and Sequoyan, to stand against the aggression that CODECO has brazenly displayed."
President Adama did not respond.

GG to lincoln not being a pawn
He's a pawn regardless, it was just an issue of which side he would be a pawn for
Creeperopolis and Lyoa
Sort of, but I think Lincoln's endorsement of Adama is based more off of his beliefs and ideals rather than what an endorsement of CODECO's sequoyan government wouldve been

New Austin
The New Austin Territorial Militia has prepared for house to house fighting in Caprica. They have recommended all civilians in Caprica evacuate and stay in ranches surrounding the area. The New Austin Militia has mined the Northern roads with dynamite and placed snipers in as many windows as possible. Caprica has 14,000 Volunteers in position to defend it, with the Deseret Rangers and 2 Sequoyan Legions en route from Angeles. The Caprican Tribe has volunteered 7,500 warriors to help defend the city.
Caprica, New Austin
Governor Ulysses Lincoln has offered full pardons to any Cattle Rustlers, Gang members, Pinkertons, or other criminals who join the New Austin Territorial Militia and prepare a defense of Caprica. So far, 563 men, including Clint Fonda's gang, have taken his offer up.

Arapho Defenses
Salisfordian troops have engaged in Arapaho, home of the Navaja, under the command of Chief Phillipe Warhorse. 10,000 Navaja warriors engaged the Salisfordians using guerilla tactics, mining pathways through the dense forest and conducting stealth raids using tomahawks and bows to eliminate Salisfordian troops from the trees and underbrush. Their orders were to kill as many enemies as possible, even at the cost of defeat. Warhorse has ordered his men not to attempt to halt the Salisfordian advance so much as slow it and make it costly. A contingent of Deseret Rangers and 6,000 Sequoyan Riflemen are en route.
