Cyptopir wrote:And here comes Arctic with the idealism again.

I say that mental disorders are rooted in material conditions. It's called materialism, the very opposite of idealism. As we say in Russia, учи матчасть (go study the material part).

A guide to therianthropy written by actual therians (I am not one ^^'). Alterhumanity ain't that weird if you look at it from another perspective.

My computer is painfully slow right now, sorry for the late response.
Because of involuntary nonhuman urges and species dysphoria. Yes, that is a thing. Now, lets all shut up and y'know... not assume things about a group that we're not a part of...
Not all cases of therianthropy come from trauma /nm.

There's no cure for species dysphoria.

tbf I'm pretty sure that incident was a lot worse for me than yours was, so it kind of balances out.

Gender is unrelated to capitalism.

Do you.. know what idealism is?
"the practice of forming or pursuing ideals, especially unrealistically."
- The Oxford Dictionary
and the definition of an ideal is
"a person or thing regarded as perfect."
- The Oxford Dictionary
This is why I say you're an idealist. You've got this idea that communism is the perfect end all be all of all problems in the world, which it just isn't.

I would argue that advanced technology shielded me from severe psychological issues.

idealism

any of various systems of thought in which the objects of knowledge are held to be in some way dependent on the activity of mind.

Idealism is a philosophical movement claiming primacy of ideas over matter.

That's the other definition of the word, and it means a completely different thing. A philosophical idealist and a non-philosophical one are different. You do know words can have more than one meaning, right?
