That means that no one will be able to use that nation name ever, but you will no longer be able to revive your nation. I wonder who the most populous country is that has CTE at least once before.

I don't think that a nation shouldn't be able to come back if their old name gets reused even if the new name CTE. If the old nation tried to login again, the newer nation should be blocked from the name and have it tweaked or something like that.
