I plan to name the Thedish lawmaking body the Rīċesġemōt (“Meeting of the Riche”; Richesmoot), the Landţing or the Rīċesţing. It is most likely to be bicameral with a parliamentary structure, though changed to fit common law and the relatively un-autocratic nature of historical Germanic assemblies. Right now I plan to name the upper and lower houses the Ćţelheall (“Noble Hall”; Athelhall) and Ġemǣnheall OR Lēodheall (“Common Hall”; Meanhall/“People, Nation Hall”; Ledehall).
Otherwise I could name the houses the Togasheall (“Hall of Leaders”) and Lēordasheall (“People’s Hall”).
The Thedish term for a shark is haġe or haġefisċ. Hēċeorl is a nativised form of “hákarl”, and is rarely used. Sǣwulf is even rarer used, generally only found in poetry.
