Rules and Procedures:

With the power vested under Article V of the Constitution of the Union of Allied States, This Court establishes its rules and procedures.

1. Zetox's Supreme Court shall be the court of last resort in the UAS. The Decision given in the cases will be final.

2. Any nation can present an amicus curiae petition to the Supreme Court.

3. The Supreme Court reserves the right to accept the amicus curiae petition.

4. The Supreme Court does not resolve hypothetical situations nor scenarios. Zetox’s Supreme Court has the right to reject any petition that is brought asking to resolve this kind of situation

5. The Supreme Court will not resolve any matter concerning the legality or constitutionality of a bill that Legislative Branch is discussing but Zetox’s Supreme Court can intervene in the legality of the process in the Legislative Branch after a petition is made.

6. In criminal cases, only the Minister of Law & Order can present charges to any nations residing in the Union of Allied States.

7. In criminal cases, the Accused Nation(s) will be asked by the Chief Justice if the nation is GUILTY or NOT GUILTY. If the Accused nation does not answer after the Chief Justice asked this question, it will be considered by the Court as Guilty plead.

9. In criminal cases, If the Accused Nation(s) plead NOT GUILTY, the Minister of Law & Order will present the case in one post. Edit(s) are not accepted after the publication of the post.

10. In criminal cases, once the Minister of Law & Order presents its case, the Accused Nations will have 24 hours to present its defense in one post. Edit(s) are not accepted after the publication of the post.

11. In criminal cases, the Chief Justice can ask questions throughout the course of the case and the Minister of Law & Order and Accused Nation(s) can respond if asked upon.

12. Suppressing of posts in Gazoo's Court is prohibited.

13. When addressing the Chief Justice, Zetox name should be tagged at least once in the post.

14. The Court Penalty Doctrine: Any crime that a nation is found guilty but there is no law establishing a penalty for that crime, The Court will have the power to sentence the convict nation as the Court sees fit.

15. Citizenship Application Process: Any citizen or non World Assembly Nation that present a petition regarding application for citizenship, The Court will establish a three (3) day hearing to permit any nation residing in the Union of Allied States to testify in favor or against the petition. This petition will be valid until the Legislature approves a law establishing the process.

These rules and procedures can be amended during its course.

I believe that we as people in positions of power should address every one of our mistakes and I intend to do that. So here goes.

1. During the course of the embassy clearing I made a few mistakes, these could simply be put to my ADHD but I still feel the need to apologize.
2. For acting unprofessional in the courts. In the past days, I have acted foolishly and unprofessionally. I was not happy with the thought of losing some of my party members and was not thinking rationally I can promise it will not happen again.
3. For calling The civitas islands a tyrant. This has probably been my biggest mistake and one that I regret the most. While I and Civi disagree I know he wants the best for the region and I know he would not do anything tyrannical on purpose me accusing him of this was stupid and irrational and I cannot apologize enough.

If there is anything I missed please telegram me and I will address it as soon as I can. As I stated before, in my eyes all of us as people in positions of power should address our mistakes in public. Our region has seen in the past few days the ripple effect of making mistakes and not apologizing and I do not intend to do that. If you ever feel that I have wronged you in any way whether it be in an official capacity or a non-official capacity telegram me and I promise to address it in a way you like.

The Court doesn't answer questions outside the courtroom rmb. If you or any nation has any motion to present you may do so at the Court RMB and the Court will evaluate whether the motion has merits to be review.

There is a problem we need to confront. And that problem is the looming issue of division on the Union of Allied States.

I can tell you now, there isn't a single person in this region that hasn't made at least one mistake in the past, be it during their time in this region or elsewhere. However it's important to understand that mistakes are absolutely human, and yes, they do (and will) happen from time to time. And as irreversible as most of them may be they certainly aren't irresolvable. During my consecutive time here since December 2017, I am not afraid to admit that I have made countless mistakes, slipped up on multiple occasions and I have let some people down. However, what is important in the long run is what I learned from the mistakes I previously made and how I can avoid them individually from happening again.

For this coming term, I am very happy to once again be serving alongside Prime Minister United regions of israel. This time, we must focus on progress and the divinity and unity of our region. A place where parties have differences, but are forever cooperating for the good and freedom of the region's people. The Union of Allied States isn't just a region. It's a family. This year has certainly been a turbulent one for this region, but we fought through. And there's so much more we can do if we focus on progress, divinity and unity. And I present my utmost respect to The civitas islands and the United regions of israel for serving as the Prime Ministers of our region when times were low and giving us hope to carry on.
